As the Artificial Intelligence (AI) expands into ever more areas, issues with data analysis become critical. Some of the greatest benefits to be gained come from connecting primary market intelligence gathering systems to corporate de=cision makers. The downside is that this leaves these systems, which are critical to the business, open to ambiguity, potentially negating the benefits. There are two areas of vulnerability. The first is validation of primary research. The second is data analysis. In this workshop, we will look at some of the issues involved and potential solutions to both problems. These include some standard solutions to improve information gathering as well as data analysis.
